Egregious cloak finale

I’ve always wanted to use one of the Draigoch cloaks in an outfit, but tended to run into the problem of looking like a walking, strobe-lit vuvuzela flare. However, if there is one valuable lesson that I have learned from making outfits, it is that bad taste, like drunkenness, is often best cured with more of the same. Hence the glow-in-the-dark circlet and fancy harp, which are fine, upstanding items that I am sorry to have dragged into this. The pictures below are compelling evidence as to why I should not do multi-coloured outfits with Lossoth pretensions; but then again, one should try mildly outrageous things in life at least once, perhaps with the exception of spontaneous yodeling.
